Servelec Controls is delighted to have been admitted as a Companion Company to the Institute of Measurement and Control.
The Institute of Measurement and Control (InstMC) is a body dedicated to the science and application of measurement and control in the UK. Through its national membership and network of regional sections, the InstMC sets professional standards for instrumentation and control engineers throughout the automation industry, with significant influence over government policies and priorities.
Stuart Wilson, from the InstMC Central North-West Section, remarked:
“We have an excellent relationship with Servelec, who have supported our events locally for many years. We look forward to their continued support going forward, both as a company and with individual membership of their employees.”
The Companion Company Scheme allows Servelec to continue its support of its engineers who are members and those looking to further develop their knowledge and understanding of the industry.
Servelec Business Development Director, Chris Stones, commented:
“Servelec has multiple offices around the UK but we have an especially close relationship with the Central North-West section of the InstMC due to the volume of business carried out within the Oil & Gas and Power & Nuclear sectors here. This membership just reaffirms our commitment to the InstMC and I look forward to continuing our strong relationship for years to come.”
